Step by step guide on how to use pentspace website
- Step 1: Open your browser.
- Step 2: Type www.pentspace.com on your browser and press "Enter"
- Step 3: Click on "Register" to become a new user. But if you are a returning user, click "Sign-in".
- Step 4: Type your email address and password, click to accept the terms and conditions then submit.
- Step 5: You will receive an email to verify your account.
- Step 6: After verifying your account, you will be required to fill in your details.
Steps on how to book a clinic for consultation
- Step 1: Click on “Find clinic” and the registered clinics in your state will be displayed.
- Step 2: Pick any clinic of your choice by clicking on visit clinic. Upon selection of the clinic you will see “Review clinic” and “Book Clinic”
- Step 3: Click book clinic, you will be required to confirm where you want the consultation to take place after which you click “Yes, continue” If you are okay with the address.
- A notification will be sent to the chosen clinic and you will be contacted.
- And if not, you click on “No, change address” and you will be directed to change address and then you click continue.
- Step 4: After you have been contacted, you will be required to make payment for consultation.
- Choose any mode of payment and proceed.
How to make payment for treatment
When your dentist visits for consultation, he or she will walk you through your treatment plan and cost. Once you are okay with it, you can proceed to click on “my account"
- Step 1: Click on “My Account” and you will be taken to your dashboard
- Step 2: Click on “Pay for treatment” on your dashboard
- Step 3: Click on “Add treatment”
- Step 4:Select the treatment you are paying for and Click “Add”
- Scroll down and click “Send for approval”.
- Step 5: You will be required to approve by clicking “Yes go ahead”. You will also be asked if you want to add another treatment, if yes you click “yes go ahead”
- Step 6:You can update your treatment in the “In Review” on your dashboard. Click on the view all invoices to get to the in review.
- Click on the “Open an invoice from the list” to view the payment you added.
- Step 7:Your payment invoice will be sent to the chosen clinic for approval and an email will be sent to you immediately your treatment is approved.
- Step 8:After your treatment is approved by the clinic, you will be required to pay for the treatment on your dashboard. Click on Approved on the dashboard, then click on “Open an invoice from the list” to view the approved payment by the clinic.
- Click on the treatment to pay for and click “Pay now”
- And choose the mode of payment preferred.
