Please note that you bear full responsibility of all information, services provided by healthcare providers using this portal. Pentspace is not responsible for any wrong diagnosis, non-diagnosis or any dental procedure done.
This portal is to solely provide and link you up with dentist all over the world. Pentspace does not provide warranty or guarantee for any dental clinic or dentist providing service here. However, we ensure all clinics and dental personnel are duly registered by the medical and dental council in each locality.
Please don’t use this web service for patients in coma or any dental emergency that cannot stay for at least 72hrs.
Upon registration, the platform allows you to be attended to by a dentist and to receive dental care at your preferred location. You also have the choice from selecting your preferred dental clinic from any part of the country from our array of registered clinics on this platform. After expressing your interest to be attended to, the platform sends your interest form to your preferred clinic who are expected to contact you within 15 mins. In a situation where you have not been contacted by your preferred clinic within this space of time, you can proceed to change your clinic or wait some more for their call. Once the connection is made, you will then be expected to proceed to pay ONLINE your consultation fees. Please note that ALL FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS ARE MADE ONLINE AND YOU ARE NOT EXPECTED TO PAY CASH TO ANY MEDICAL PERSONEL. This is to avoid and protect the user from any fraudulent activities. Furthermore, it’s a breach of the terms of usage of this web service. On no account should cash transactions be made.
Kindly register with your correct information and details. All patients’ information are treated with a high level of confidentiality. You are not permitted to use any person’s details, medical history or log in details to access service on this portal. Pentspace reserves the right to cancel any application it deems fit without any prior explanation.

In case of disagreement between the user and any of the registered clinics providing dental services, they could be resolved if they are brought to our notice via our customer service unit. However, if the dispute can’t be resolved by us, either party (complainant and service provider) are free to settle in or out of court within their jurisdiction.
Payment cancellation for consultation or treatment can be done within 24hrs of payment. Within this period, refunds can be made which may take a few hours to a few days. Outside this 24hrs, there shall be no guarantee of refund. Also, pentspace exercising its discretion can reschedule payment for appointment or treatment for another session at the request of the user. If appointment for consultation and treatment cannot be kept, users should not schedule or pay at all. If for any reason appointment could not be kept, a formal reason should be tendered at the customer care unit for review. A refund can be granted if approved.
